From plot to keys.

A simple, transparent journey for our custom villa commissions. Most projects complete within fourteen to twenty-two months, depending on plot, design and emirate.

Site and brief.

We visit the plot, study the title deed, and translate your brief into a feasibility report. No charge until we proceed together.

Design and approval.

Our architects produce concept, schematic and full design drawings. We secure permits with the relevant municipality.

Build and finish.

One contractor. Fixed timeline. Weekly site reports. Material selections finalised at our showroom.

Handover.

Snagging, completion certificates, utility connections, keys.
